Join us for an informative Lunch & Learn with Victoria Edwards, Associate Lawyer at Siskinds LLP, as she explains the major changes to Ontario’s standard automobile accident benefits coverage that took effect on July 1, 2026.

These changes may significantly affect the coverage available to you or a loved one following a motor vehicle accident. Victoria will break down the new legislation in clear, practical terms, explain what the changes could mean for you and your family, and share helpful tips for speaking with your insurance broker to ensure you have appropriate protection.

Victoria is a personal injury lawyer with experience before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Licence Appeal Tribunal. She also serves as President of the Brain Injury Association Sarnia Lambton and as a Director of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association.
