The Human Side of Business - Virtual Working Session

Description

A complimentary 60-minute virtual working session for chamber members, presented live by Ian France of Unity Institute. Most people who end up leading a team were never taught to lead people. They were good at the work, handed the responsibility, then left to navigate the human side on instinct under pressure. This session gives members practical leadership tools they can use immediately, delivered by someone who has led teams when decisions could not wait. WHAT THE SESSION COVERS: How the strengths that earn a leadership role can quietly hold someone back How to hold people to a standard without damaging the relationship How to stay steady when the pressure is genuinely on THE NO-PITCH PROMISE HOW THE HOUR RUNS: Roughly 45 minutes of content, then 15 minutes of live questions from the room.
