Wouldn’t life be great if you didn’t always feel rushed, stressed out and pressed for time? Let’s face it we all have 24 hours within the day to make the most of. We can explore various approaches to make the most of your hottest commodity - time. Through guided exercises, we will unpack why it is we procrastinate and discuss tools to overcome self-sabotaging time “sucks”. You will be left with actionable tools and approaches to master your biggest asset – time.”

  • Clarify personal themes and priorities to guide time investment
  • Challenge myths and embrace new realities about “time management”
  • Understand what procrastination is, why it happens, and how it shows up
  • Recognize the drivers of distraction and their impact on happiness and success
