Our mission is to make Lambton County a healthy community through collaborative efforts of individuals, groups and partnerships with an end goal of improving the wellness of Lambton County residents. Healthy Living Lambton is a community healthy living project which promotes and supports healthy living in Lambton County. Through the combined efforts of our many partners, we organize activities in schools, workplaces, restaurants and in the community. The people who benefit from Healthy Living Lambton activities include children, youth, adults and older adults.
