May will feature Sarah Maxfield.  A fellow Chamber Member and entrepreneur, Sarah is a leader in wellness and personal development with 16 years of experience helping people unlock the highest potential.  As a certified Coach, Trainer and Facilitator, Sarah Supports clients through 1-1 coaching, group  programs and workshops.  

A Practical Nurse with a deep understanding of functional nutrition, somatics, and behaviour design, she's all about getting to the root of health and peak performance.  

An international speaker and passionate advocate for transformative change, Sarah believes that by empowering individuals, we can shift the course of global health and metal well-being.
