When Mel and Jen got together for a lunch meeting in 2019, they had no idea that their brainstorming session would result in the creation of a global community. Beginning with All Women L.E.A.D. and now expanding to AWL Partners, this organization has grown to provide a myriad of services to support women and their allies in their leadership journeys.
