Ontario Egg Producers Zone 1 is made up of egg farmers in Lambton Kent and Essex Counties. We attempt to manage the production and pricing of eggs in Ontario. We provide fair returns to producers and a safe supply of high quality eggs to consumers at a reasonable price without direct government assistance.
