Jiak is a small-batch kimchi producer, handcrafted in Sarnia, ON. Locally sourced and lovingly homemade, Jiak is about sharing a cultural experience by bringing a piece of our home to yours. Jiak is inspiring local change through international flavours. Although our dishes may look, or smell, or taste differently, we all understand the comfort of coming together to share a meal. Jiak uses cultural foods to invite you to the table to start a conversation about how race and culture plays into how we each experience society.
Currently, Jiak kimchi is available at Great Lakes Refill Co. (Sarnia), Greens Organic (Sarnia), and SunCoast Natural Health (Petrolia) year-round. Seasonally jars of kimchi are available through Taproots Green Gardens (Sarnia), Sycamore Farms (Courtright) and Aslan Organics (Camlachie).
