McLean Business Consulting was built from real, hands-on experience in fast-paced, high-pressure environments where operations can either make or break a team. I started this business after seeing firsthand how disorganization, poor communication, and lack of structure impact both employees and business performance. I wanted to be part of the solution.

I work with small businesses to strengthen their internal operations, improve team dynamics, and build systems that actually support day-to-day work. My focus is on practical, no-nonsense solutions that reduce confusion, improve accountability, and help business owners regain control of their operations.

Alongside running my consulting firm, I serve as an officer in the Canadian Armed Forces, where leadership, structure, and clear communication are critical. That experience directly shapes how I approach my work with clients.
