ResidentOps Studio is an Ontario-focused operational consultancy supporting landlords, developers, and rental housing providers in building stronger, more efficient, and compliant portfolios.
Founded by Theresa Lapensée, a 20+ year leader in the rental housing industry, ResidentOps Studio was formed organically through hands-on operational support provided to small landlords, new developments, and growing portfolios across Ontario. This work, along with active involvement in landlord associations and industry committees, highlighted a clear and growing need for operational clarity in an increasingly complex regulatory and operational environment. ResidentOps Studio provides fractional operations support for Ontario landlords and developers who need experienced leadership, practical systems, and ready-to-use tools — without the need for a full-time executive hire.
