About

Our mission is to be champions for training and workforce development in the Sarnia Lambton community by identifying needs and facilitating solutions. We accomplish this cooperatively by conducting needs analyses to identify present and future education and training requirements in the workplace; providing information on programs and services that lead to employment opportunities; facilitating the development of a community action plan to address identified training and workforce development needs; disseminating training and workforce development information to the community; investigating solutions which utilize available resources including funding.
