Tammy is a certified trauma practitioner and experienced social service worker with over 30 years of professional expertise. Specializing in energy medicine as a Reiki Master, neuroscience change concepts, and HeartMath tools, she has a diverse and rich professional background. Her career includes working at Bluewater Health Hospital, focusing on mental health and addictions within the Community and Detox Withdrawal Management team, and as a counselor and public educator at the Sexual Assault Survivors Centre. As an Addictions caseworker for the House of Sophrosyne, an addiction rehab facility, Tammy collaborated with the local Children's Aid Society and First Nations communities to support parents and staff dealing with substance use challenges. She served as Interim Executive Director and Fundraiser for Big Sisters. She has also provided ongoing Counselling, coaching and trauma support for those in our community for years. 

Tammy is now certified in Dr. Joe Dispenza's NeuroChangeSolutions program, personally trained by Dr. Dispenza, to teach organizations how to apply the neuroscience of change for improved results. Additionally, she utilizes HeartMath tools to increase coherence and optimal functioning, reducing stress and negative emotions. Her approach combines neuroscience-based concepts with psychoeducational insights in a trauma-informed, supportive environment helping individuals, teams, and organizations reach their full potential, reducing sick days and increasing productivity and revenues. This empowers clients to transition from living in stress to living in creation. Tammy is passionate about nurturing growth and is dedicated to guiding those ready for profound personal and professional development, especially those who are the caregivers themselves like our first responders and healthcare providers. Clients have praised Tammy's holistic insight and mentoring, which have empowered them to dissolve unconscious blocks and beliefs and discover their life's greatest expression aligned with their values.
