He will be presenting on the pros and cons of leasing vs buying with an encouragement toward purchasing. He will include some financial illustrations showing some of the advantages of buying, discussing rates, costs and factors involved. Brock will also be joined by Tyler Cooze of Real Property Management Riverview to discuss some additional considerations in purchasing and owning real estate.
