Join us for the Chamber’s Women in Business event at The Legion Branch 62 and celebrate the personal and professional accomplishments of women across Lambton County.
We are proud to welcome Imperial Sarnia Site as our 2025 sponsor, partnering with us to honour and support the incredible women making a difference in our community. This event offers a fantastic opportunity to connect with inspiring professionals, share in the spirit of empowerment, and build valuable relationships.
June will feature Susan Chamberlain, a passionate lifelong bookseller with over four decades of experience in the book industry. Since 2001, she has proudly owned and operated The Book Keeper, Sarnia’s beloved independent bookstore, which will celebrate its remarkable 45th anniversary in 2025.
A devoted advocate for the arts in all forms, Susan channels her creativity into a growing list of hobbies and artistic pursuits. She shares her life with her husband, Paul Rooke—a retired high school English teacher and aspiring bestselling author—and their two accomplished adult children: Kennedy, a bookseller in Montreal, and Camryn, a psychologist based in Sarnia.
Don’t miss this powerful celebration of Sarnia-Lambton’s remarkable women—let’s lift each other up, share successes, and thrive together!
